With any hotel experience it started in the lobby. The staff was quick and accommodating. Had amazing experience with this hotel!The location is perfect, just one minute walk to the city centre and Cardiff castle.The room was spotless and comfy with great view.Would definitely stay here if i visit Cardiff again.
