For what can you even order 1st class and special delivery? Letters wont arrive anyways. Just stop lying to your costumers and offer 2nd class letters only. The rest of your services are fraud anyways.

I am absolutely appalled that the depot is on open for a handful of hours on weekdays & completely shut on the weekends. That is absolutely abysmal for once a great British constitution.

Opening times are a joke, open from 8am to 10am on most days. Not sure i get the point of even opening at all.
