People like to engage with people and customers should not have to self serve and even remove security tags! There should still be a human at the checkouts to give customers a choice.My sister was previously faced with a self-serve check out in another Matalan store dumped her goods and walked out.Senior managers should evaluate customer numbers who are not engaging with the company's preferred self service and the impact on the business.”
