“Firstly, great location for the city centre - you are right there! Rooms are what you expect from a Premier Inn - clean, quiet, air conditioned and well insulated from outside noise. Hotel is right next to an NCP which seemed quite safe to leave the car overnight, but at £13.95 a night not the cheapest. The hotel has a nice cozy restaurant and bar on first floor, but I didn't eat there in the evening due to all the other options around Swansea. Breakfast was typical Premier Inn - hot food was buffet on day 1 but cooked (very quickly) to order on day 2. I slept well the first night but the second night was disrupted by the chaotic group of individuals in the room next door and further down. Staff tried to sort them out but to no avail as they were playing loud music, arguing in the corridors, running up and down all night and generally behaving like the selfish, inconsiderate indivduals they were. Would have been better if they'd just been ejected but that would have probably taken the police to sort.Nearby activities: Lots of shops, pubs, bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk.”

“Great place to stay, just a few minutes away from the motorway, the facilities around the hotel were good, everything you need all outside your room. The room was very clean and tidy, everything worked. The staff were lovely especially a lady on reception called Amanda who was lovely with my mother, she saw my mother wasn’t very good on her feet so without being asked she changed all our rooms to ground floor rooms, all next to each other.”

“I have been on the townhouse hotel and the service was great. They gave us some drinks and when i requested a fridge for the room, in less than 5 minuts the fridge was in the room. Also, they made all possible to do my check in just when We arrived.Thank you.”

“Decent hotel and the breakfast was great and loads to have. Room had all you needed, basic but enough. Lot of noise from the dual carriage way at the back. Staff were superb, incredibly helpful and friendly. Town is about a mile or so away so need to be OK for walking or driving. Did I mention the breakfast, awesome...”

“Very convenient and very helpful staff. The hotel now has 2 EV chargers owned by the council right outside entrance, a huge bonus.Sadly, the seating in the rooms is urgently due an upgrade. Can never understand why a room for 2 people only has one chair and a horrible plastic one at that. Also, no power points near bed headboard, essential if you need medical equipment at night. Still one of my favourite travelodges.”

“The scaffolding has been up around this building since before covid and it makes it a real eyesore. The worst part is, I have never seen any workmen there doing repairs so God only knows why it's still there. It's a shame because it's in a beautiful location and the staff are really friendly and welcoming and the food is good.Get rid of the scaffolding, it must have cost you a fortune already and it's an eyesore for us local residents.”

“On the plus side: Great location, nice service, awesome shower. Comfy night sleepCould do better: tired carpets and some fixtures and fittings, felt like stepping back in time, not entirely in a bad way if that's what they are aiming for!”
