“We booked a table for 2 for a birthday lunch on September 18th 2023. What a find! Very reasonable prices and the food was delicious. Starter of cockles and laverbread made in a way we've never seen before. Amazing! Mixed grill and lamb cutlets the best ever and we had to make room for a dessert something we haven't done for years. Service was brilliant and setting fabulous. We'll definitely be back”

“On friday the 15.09.23 at the llansamlet store swansea, I was greeted and assisted by Ian, who was very helpful patient and polite. He asked me a bunch of questions and recommended a certain mattress, that would help with my health issues, he then set me up on the sleep match, which surprisingly matched me, with the same mattress Ian had already recommended. I fell in love with the first bed Ian had showed me, which was the Alana upholstered shadow ottoman bedframe, I had the ex display memory form mattress to go with, which was perfect! Ricky in store was also very helpful, showing videos of the storage space the ottoman has to offer. The overall experience was just lovely Ian did everything he could do to make it affordable for us too, which was a huge help, we are very greatful thanks again guys!”

“Firstly, great location for the city centre - you are right there! Rooms are what you expect from a Premier Inn - clean, quiet, air conditioned and well insulated from outside noise. Hotel is right next to an NCP which seemed quite safe to leave the car overnight, but at £13.95 a night not the cheapest. The hotel has a nice cozy restaurant and bar on first floor, but I didn't eat there in the evening due to all the other options around Swansea. Breakfast was typical Premier Inn - hot food was buffet on day 1 but cooked (very quickly) to order on day 2. I slept well the first night but the second night was disrupted by the chaotic group of individuals in the room next door and further down. Staff tried to sort them out but to no avail as they were playing loud music, arguing in the corridors, running up and down all night and generally behaving like the selfish, inconsiderate indivduals they were. Would have been better if they'd just been ejected but that would have probably taken the police to sort.Nearby activities: Lots of shops, pubs, bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk.”

“Great place to stay, just a few minutes away from the motorway, the facilities around the hotel were good, everything you need all outside your room. The room was very clean and tidy, everything worked. The staff were lovely especially a lady on reception called Amanda who was lovely with my mother, she saw my mother wasn’t very good on her feet so without being asked she changed all our rooms to ground floor rooms, all next to each other.”

“Found the staff polite and helpful, went in search of a new chest of drawers, on finding my purchase. My item was carried to the checkout, after completing payment, it was carried to my vehicle. 5* service ??”

“Very convenient and very helpful staff. The hotel now has 2 EV chargers owned by the council right outside entrance, a huge bonus.Sadly, the seating in the rooms is urgently due an upgrade. Can never understand why a room for 2 people only has one chair and a horrible plastic one at that. Also, no power points near bed headboard, essential if you need medical equipment at night. Still one of my favourite travelodges.”

“Thank you to Sarah and the other lady who’s name I didn’t catch for our wonderful experience here. We bought a mattress but it didn’t feel like a typical shopping experience, it felt like we were visiting old friends. Absolutely would recommend, they were super kind to our 2 year old, asked questions about what we’re looking for in a mattress/ our budget/ the type of bed frame we have and were able to make a recommendation off our answers.”

“The scaffolding has been up around this building since before covid and it makes it a real eyesore. The worst part is, I have never seen any workmen there doing repairs so God only knows why it's still there. It's a shame because it's in a beautiful location and the staff are really friendly and welcoming and the food is good.Get rid of the scaffolding, it must have cost you a fortune already and it's an eyesore for us local residents.”
