“It was my first visit this afternoon to Ansely Village Post office, I am very physically disabled and was greeted by a lovely lady opening the door for me,very relaxed atmosphere in the shop which sold everything,nothing was to much trouble for the Lady owner full of smiles and a very cheery voice, she helped me shop did my photo copying for me and packed my goods into a bag for me, very beautiful conversation between us ,a very clean and tidy shop,will definitely be visiting the shop again.”

“I am a frequent visitor to this post office and I must say, the service provided here is truly excellent. The entire staff is extremely helpful and attentive. I had a great experience with this person. They were very friendly and always willing to lend a hand. I recently had an issue with my sign delivery not being delivered to the intended location. However, I approached a helpful gentleman who promptly assisted me. He entered my reference number into his computer and discovered that the package was at the Leicester delivery office. With his assistance, we were able to resolve the issue. I am grateful to all the staff members involved for their assistance.”
