So didn't finish work until late and then raced down to the shop at nearly 10pm, over half an hour late for Christmas food collection and the staff were absolutely brilliant. Very unhappy about my experience in store today whilst carrying out my Christmas food shop. M&S staff member literally shouting out loud at top of his voice demands to staff members whilst standing in & blocking the bakery area. Twice told to move out of staff's way & nearly pushed over by staff member pushing trolley load... read full comment

Although under pressure because of the Christmas rush, the food shop staff were doing an excellent job when I visited today.
