Reserved a small item online previous night for collection on my way to work. Had a seamless journey on train and team and arrived and paid at 09:42.
No staff working at collection point so I had to raise this with till staff. The till staff eventually went out back to find staff and one member arrived at 09:49. I had hoped for a quick visit but this wasn't going to happen, unfortunately.
09:52 still waiting, 6 more customers waiting too.
09:57 finally served, i am not happy with this level of service and not in a rush to return.l

well it is what it is, is the best I can say.... but wow, argos sure loves to make people queue... reserved or buy on the day makes no difference...queue & queue & queue. I feel sorry for the staff they sure get their share of moaning customers lol

Poor management. There are about 10 families in the queue including myself and there's only one customer service lady behind the till??. You kidding me?! I worked in one of w'tons argos stores and they're much more apt when the queue is long. This is Birmingham city center, get your hang together and employ adequate amount of people.

Great place staff are always very friendly they have a great selection of goods every thing I have ordered has been there,never ever had a problem with any items brought from argos,we buy quite a lot on line and the delivery drivers are brilliant to good old Argos.

I use this branch quite a lot. This branch tends to get very busy but this is understandable due to its city centre location. The staff seem pleasant and helpful but I do tend to use the pay by card machines or fast track if it is available to reduce the time I have to wait.
