There were a few issues with neighbours parking and he patiently waited for me to sort it out, with no complaints and a continued smile. Andy was polite, friendly and did an amazing job, leaving the items on my drive neatly and safely. This is definitely the kind of customer service you want, especially so early in the morning. Fayzur the store manager was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, whilst pricing was very competitive. Mainly purchased Italian porcelain which looks absolutely stunning with quality to match. Highly recommended!!!”

“Friendly staff at this branch, and I find that they hold more stock than other Screwfix stores nearby. The car park is a little small, but they are not busy enough to warrant having a larger car park, so it suffices. Staff are usually quite quick to process orders.”

“I was impressed with Selco Tyseley. I bought a branded hosepipe, which when I got home proved to be complex to put together especially as I had never done this before and assumed it would be more or less good to go. I brought it back to store and Neil put it together for me and then helped explain what I needed to do with the outside tap at home to connect it as it involved unscrewing the bottom part off. He put effort into helping me and I am grateful. I find staff much better know their stuff in this store compared with some of the other local DIY stores where staff are less knowledgeable and have to say they do not know.”

“We went to the store in Perrybar today, looking for plasterboard, met with a fella called pat who had great knowledge of all the products that were available in the store. We ended up leaving with31 plaster boards 2 Windows.4 lintels at a cost of £1200+ it would be great if more stores employed people like Pat, with the knowledge and time to dedicate himself for the customer or first time in the store and will be back againVery happy with the service and the price. As I use a lot of the same materials on most jobs this is arranged very quickly and I always get a prompt response to let me know what’s going on with my order and when it will be out. The service provided is excellent.”

“i order an item on friday and was promised a delivery on Tuesday all i at to do was to phone up on tuesday to find out a delivery time because we had someone waiting on site to fit the item that day but when i call the Nottingham branch they said we haven't got the item so we will have to get it in so we can't deliver it till Thursday morning then i said you new that you didn't have it on friday when i order it and someone told me that someone was going or someone was coming from Lester to drop it off so it could be delivered on tuesday so what happened to my order then do they just forget about it and wait till i phone up so now it's cost me a days wages for the person that was going to fit the item i tried making but they just said sorry and past it back to the story they are not interested in your problems a bad show all round ???I wish to update this review because after i published it the manager at the Nottingham depot called me and was so apologetic about the mishap and promised me that i would get the item delivered the next day before 1o/clock and true to his word it avvived,So i wish to say Big Thank you to the manager and all his team at the Nottingham depot for all the effort they went to.and also for the refund it was much appreciated.”
