Excellent customer service off fayzur, the products available and the knowledge has is very helpful. Although I have found cheaper tiles elsewhere but the customer service is what keeps on bringing me back. Real credit to the store

I went to B.C Ceramics after visiting a number of stores such as B&Q, Topps Tiles, Tile Mountain, Wickes etc. Shockingly poor choice at all of those stores. Led by Fayzur and his helpful team, it offers expert advice, free samples and free fast delivery. It also has a dedicated trade offering with credit accounts available.
