“I was returning adult Incontinence pads (8 packs of 12 each) that was a duplicate order, which I had not been charged for. Staff were friendly. The lady at the till spoke to a manager and very quickly received the order. For my honesty, the manager asked the lady at the till to add 5000 Boots points on my Boots loyalty card, which was a nice gesture! Something I was never expecting. Overall 5* customer service! Boots have always been customer focussed and sorted any problems I have had with my online orders. I will recommend Boots to family and friends. Thank you, Boots!”
