I have bought products as if they are on the stock. But when I arrived to collect my product my products were not ready and staff I had to deal didn’t have any authority she kept saying she is sorry but they didn’t sort my problem. Horrible service. I ordered using next day delivery, which cost about £15, the product didn’t arrive till a week later and when I called to complain they told me the only way they would refund the money for the delivery method was if I wrote a positive review for them on Google.
