The staff at the fitting rooms are asking the customers to do their job for them, meaning return the clothes after fitting, hang them on the hangers etc!!!...Horrible attitude and customer service, this is a disgraceful tactic of staff members that don't want to work, last time I checked I don't have a contract with HnM... read full comment

the actual store is fine but the staff are bad. not all just this one lady. A lady with bright orange hair (whoever told you that looked good was lying) was patronising me because I didn’t put my trousers in the hanger nice enough after trying them on, like hun that’s ur job, u get paid to do this not me? she said something... read full comment
