Lovely staff and welcoming atmosphere. I?ve always wanted to buy from Kiehl?s but never had the opportunity to. Shanara was attentive and incredibly helpful offering tons of advice and personal anecdotes relating to her experience using certain products. I came with specific problem areas and she was incredibly helpful in identifying products that I might find helpful! No pressure at all to purchase but I decided on a kit she had recommended, tons and tons of specific testers for me to try with absolutely no pressure to purchase before I was 100% sure the product would work for my skin (she gave testers before I even purchased anything). Shanara is incredibly knowledgeable and you can see that she is passionate about her job! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for good products and helpful staff :)

I have been going to Kiel?s boutique in Birmingham since last year.I was experiencing a lot of break-outs due to the onset of the menopause.My skin consultant is Shanara and through her expertise in the products, she has helped heal my skin.Shanara is knowledgeable, professional, very helpful and she puts you at ease.I only shop at Kiel?s boutique now. The products are very effective and the service I get from Shanara and her team are first class.If you care about your skin and have skin concerns, I would recommend Kiel?s boutique at Grand Central.

I always come here and shanara is the girl to go to !! She will always give you advice on great new products which come into store always excited to go and see her for a chat and ro get all my facial products defo reccomend !!

0 customer service from Shanara. Not bothered to explain about the products to us. When explaining about the products, her arms were folded and does not seem interested.Vouchers are earned based on the amount that you have spend, right infront of me, she asked the other sales person on the maximum number of vouchers that you can get in a year. If you think that my vouchers were a fraud, you may double check it in YOUR system and not doubt me.samples were also miserable even though we spend over £100.

Worst Kiehl's customer service! Avoid at all costs.... zero customer service level!Since only 1 store in Birmingham, I will travel to London for future purchases. No more, No more for BHX!

Website doesn?t work. Registered, received 15 percent voucher immediately , tried to buy calendar- doesn?t recognize email so can?t. Phoned customer service - passed to technical team - no one has come back. Couldn?t just buy over the phone - RIDICULOUS.HOPELESS!!!! How can you run a business like this

I came to this store on the recommendation of a friend who suggested i try out their products on my very sensitive skin as i'd not found a moisturiser that worked previously. I spoke to the staff member about getting a skin consultation and trying out a sample or a tester version as i was concerned for my skins reaction. She told me i'd have to 'buy it and see' and wouldn't pass on the tester pot of me to try. When i asked what the smallest size was i was told that i'd be fine so just to buy the bigger pot. Such poor customer service from a business that prides itself on giving 'skin consultations' and a tailored service but staff don't seem to be bothered despite the fact i was prepared to take the time out to learn about the products and potentially spend a lot of money.
