Everything was perfect, booked and paid online. Arrived just before my appointment, straight in, tyres changed, A+ all round. Will be using them again.

Promised a 1 hour air con refill, it took 2.5 hours, my car was ignored for 1.5hours, despite appointment. Drove away with air con not working and not fixed, despite assurances.
