Within 2 hours I was called back to say they'd checked all the tyres and my suspicions were incorrect! They reassured me very quickly. “I live in Bury, Greater Manchester, after sourcing the parts i required for my Kia Sportage, the seller advised to use this garage to identify and fix the issue of a rear squeaky suspension. These guys took 15 minutes to diagnose the issue, whereas in Bury, despite garages and several hours, local garages could not isolate the exact cause. I met a lovely person called Peter, who got my car in (despite the short notice) and got started on it. The job took 3 hours and charged me the quoted price. I had to give a little extra, it was a big job, but done perfectly. Happy drive back to Bury 108 miles away. I highly reccomened this garage,very polite, very well spoken and very honest. Came in with worries about my vehicle and they confirmed what they could see and was the problem but advised they don't do this work at their garage. Nonetheless he still have professional and sound advice with a smile and great customer service as well. The whole team itself were friendly and all said hello when they entered the customer waiting area. Gentleman who took my car on a test drive (sorry didn't get the name) he was also professional and empathetic and patient.I'll be back for my normal air in my tyres ? keep up the good work.”

“The work was completed as required and to my satisfaction. I did have to wait quite a long time, however, it was explained to me that customers with appointments are given priority. This was understood, no problem as I had just dropped in and it was a Sunday morning.”

“I called in here yesterday (Tuesday) at about 14:30- the operative very courteous asked me my problem--a puncture but it may be in the sidewall-- he confirmed it and it was not repairable so he told me that he had a replacement which he set about doing the replacement -there was a cheaper or mainline expensive tyre on my finances it was a cheaper option but it was still £140 plus with fitting-- yes I found the place clean friendly and they obviously know their trade and I would definately use them again there is a waiting room with the odd tyre magazine and a customers toilet --i think they also carryout servicing --give the lads a try if you need them?thanks for sorting my Vauxhall out?”
