Booked appointment earlier in the week, turned up early, waited 20 minutes to then be told I had to wait another 30 minutes as only one member of staff could open a new account out of all of them and wasn't busy at all. They couldn't do it earlier in the week as none of them could open an account.

Absolute Rude behavior from the staff. They clearly don?t value customers time. We had pre-booked an appointment with them and then they didn?t show up even after 30 minutes of waiting and repeated follow-ups. On questioning about the delay /wait time they were unapologetic & never bothered by their appointment delay . They shrugged off their incompetence service by comparing it to a doctor visit wait time . And also commented we could walk out if we can?t wait. ! Height of arrogance!Will never recommend.

Very poor customer service. Unfortunately unprofessional and unqualified staff. Long queues on the counters and deposit machines no one from thr staff is ready to help you. They keep overlook you and busy in chit chat with other members of staff.

Went to the bank just to order a new card,it takes just a couple of minutes. Waited in a quie.After that have been told they have no capacity to do it now. Waited 35 mins and have been told to book an appointment. 35 mins of waiting and no card.Very very very bad service.

The attitude and service here is awful ???? I just wanted a stamp for my cash flow, but everyone refused me and told me it was unnecessary. But it was necessary for me. The bank has a stamp but it doesn't work. I don't understand why, do you want to keep the stamp to give birth to your children? Why is it that a service that banks in other cities can offer on their own initiative is not available to you? You will delay my visa application and will you be responsible for this?

Very rude staff. Verbally abused my father when another customer jumped the line in front of him. Will be raising a formal complaint with the manager.

Shocking. No matter what time of the day you come they understaffed! Cash deposit machines always out of service, maybe one out of four will work. Queue to the door or longer.Absolutely shambles but what you expect. They only after your money!
