The travel ticket agent Jasmine from Takhar Travel smethwick was great. She was very understanding and she helped us a lot. We was confused but she went that extra mile. She was well spoken and kind. Great company and great prices, I was very pleased with their customer service they were very helpful and kind went upon and beyond for me. In particular Nihareka was very helpful and saved me most of the stress of booking my ticket and visa. She was extremely supportive and helpful.
