“Great disabled access. ATM outside and 3 inside. Also 2 paying in machines. Slope or stairs on entry to the bank. There are plenty of chairs available inside the bank. There is also a help desk and a lower counter for those who are maybe in a wheelchair or scooter. Staff are exceedingly helpful and friendly. The only one thing is. That there is normally a queue.”
“I am a NW customer at a different branch but went into mom's Solihull branch with her after my dad passed away. We had so many queries and problems. The staff were wonderful. Initially served by a young lady on the desk (very helpful and polite), we were then helped by a lady named Sarah. She was fantastic, sorted all our problems and lifted one of the weights off our mind at this difficult time. Very grateful.”
