She even explained the pros and cons of each to help me choose a solution and at every stage I felt that she was genuinely helping me to make the right choice for myself. I have always had excellent customer service from the Opticians department at this branch and Louise has managed to raise the bar. This was not an expensive purchase, and I really feel that I have had excellent value for money.”
