“Went recently for an eye test and Optician absolutely brilliant, explained everything really well, put me at my ease. I paid for the enhanced eye exam which cost an extra £10 (can't remember what it's called).I then bought two new pairs of glasses as it's a 2 for 1 offer. Everyone I dealt with at the branch was super helpful, patient (took me ages to choose lol), and professional.I also had a contact lens trial, again this was great and my prescription was explained thoroughly to me (not a straightforward one).I was told the glasses would be between two to three weeks delivery but I had a text after about ten days to say they were ready. Collected them yesterday, really pleased with them.I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this branch, I've had a first class service and I will be going again as soon as possible to get some prescription sunglasses.There is a really good range of frames, lenses and options available. Being in a high street, it's a busy branch but I never experienced a single delay.Excellent experience overall, thank you Specsavers!”

“Excellent service - there were several delays in previous supply of my contact lenses, through no fault of the opticians. When I rang for a new order, the optometrist recognised me from before and found a solution to make sure I received the new order on time with one of the colleagues going out of their way to get the order to me.
