“I came down to The Belfry as part of a group away trip for a golf club. We got to play all 3 courses, which were all very different and great fun. The Brabazon being the stand out with iconic holes and some lovely shots. The National is slightly tougher in my opinion and The Derby course being fairly straight forward but still nice to play and in good condition (played at the start of September 2023).The staff there are really great, friendly, always smiling and happy to help. It can get very busy with weddings etc but plenty of areas to sit down etc in the many bars they have. The evening food on the Saturday that was provided (3 courses for our private function) was fair at best, which was rather disappointing. The service charge being added everywhere is also very frustrating but that’s because Goldman Sachs have taken The Belfry over. Drinks and food are expensive!All in all a great location with decent rooms, good golf courses and a spa which was relatively nice (didn’t play for the fire and ice extra area).Rooms: Rooms are nice, I stayed in the Torrance House on the 1st floor. We had a small balcony area, which was nice. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room. The Dyson Cooling device needs a clean however because it was very loud when it was on.Food & drinks: Plenty of choice but they did run out of the Camden Stout which was a shame. Staff at the bars are super friendly but they do had service charges onto whatever you order (I think this is because an American firm have bought the belfry, don’t quote me on that though).”

“A massive thank you to Pedro head waiter who made our Sunday lunch something to remember He arrange a parking space close to the entrance of the hotel for my father and mother who struggle to walk very far he kindly opened the moat door again close to the dining room to make access easier The food was excellent and arrived in a timely manor The menu catered for all our taste excellent choice We felt very welcome and were treated like royalty Pedro is a credit to the hotel and his team made our visit very special Cant recommend the restuarant highly enough we will be back”

“Amazing atmosphere.. really friendly, helpful staff, efficient service.. called in for dinner on way to theatre .. all made fresh.. we had sausage and mash with garden peas and a rich gravy... and a "three tuns" burger with rainbow slaw and fries.. very very tasty.. served piping hot... it didn't last long...!! Will definitely go back.. Good value for money... Thank s for a lovely evening..”

“Booked a last minute stay with friends. couldn’t fault kerry on reception, nothing was to much, extra pillows, directions, local knowledge and taxi bookings for us to name a few. We completely forgot to book on for breakfast but Kerry sorted it all for us! Rooms are a good size with everything needed, beds were comfy. We will be returning.”

“Large rooms ,very friendly staff, located by a Harvester ,so there's somewhere close for eating out.Very cheap it cost £129 for three rooms with breakfast on the go for four. Breakfast consists of milk cereal and oat ”

“Overall a really nice stay.Breakfast was buffet style and excellent service.Dinner was lovely and very accommodating to our dietary requirements. Food tasted good.We booked a four poster room which was nice but smaller than expected for the price we paid for an upgraded room to our package.The spa facilities was the best part, it wasn’t the biggest pool but still lovely. We were lucky it was not busy at this time of year and therefore found it more relaxing. We booked a couples massage which was the best experience out of the whole visit.”

“Great hotel room was lovely and clean abit of noise from other guests but nothing major staff were great and always there to help when needed we was checked in by Marcus and becky who was great and funny arguing over name mentions on trip advisor so they 100% both deserve the mentions ?”
