Personal view of this Co-op is that the use of the layout of the shop floor is not to its maximum potential. I think it could have a lot more stock range than it has at the moment. There was no customer service when I went, waiting at a till and asked to use the self service check out by a member of staff, when she was prompted by another member of staff that someone is waiting to be served, either a case of too lazy to serve customers anymore , or the fat cats at the top are running the place on... read full comment
