NEVER CHOOSE THIS STORE for your parcel to b delivered. Really really bad.my parcel has been delivered there to the person NEVIN and they don?t know where its gone iv been 3 times to the store first they were saying its not here then the said name its not been found. And then they ask me is it expensive?they don?t even know if the delivery driver has taken it back.

Personal view of this Co-op is that the use of the layout of the shop floor is not to its maximum potential. I think it could have a lot more stock range than it has at the moment. Generally it's a clean store and all of the staff except for one member are polite. Have found that a young female member of staff, whether or not she is at the management level, certainly likes to make this point known and I and a few other members of public I have spoken with have also found her quite sharp and rude at times.

There was no customer service when I went, waiting at a till and asked to use the self service check out by a member of staff, when she was prompted by another member of staff that someone is waiting to be served, either a case of too lazy to serve customers anymore , or the fat cats at the top are running the place on low labour to push customers to use self service.

Staff very helpful not impressed with the dividend offers! Say no more! I won't be having dividend card until offer prices are fair !!
