I have been to various other electrical appliance places today with appalling customer service. Working in the customer service trade myself I can tell when it?s awful or not. Even though I didn?t buy anything today I must admit I had amazing customer service and would highly recommend this place. I will hopefully be able to buy a washing machine from this shop once I have heard from my landlord

Adam Pwas most helpful when I spoke with him in the store about my TV. Adam and his manager came to my home and fixed the issue with my TV to my complete satisfaction.I highly recommend Avensys and Adam.

I recently purchased a Panasonic combination microwave from this Company via Amazon. My Wife and I are both 89 and 90, housebound and not very able. We had to have no less than five delivered before we received one in perfect order. Whilst Avensys can only supply what they receive from Panasonic new and in the box I must say that the cooperation received from them to resolve this distressing situation was absolutely superb and they certainly went that extra mile to please and I can not speak highly enough of their attention to detail. Purchased a Bosch microwave on their amazon store. As soon as it arrived I knew something was off, the packaging was ripped and taped back up and the microwave has definitely been used before. I then proceeded to plug the appliance in to find that it doesn't even come on. Faulty and possibly used item was shipped out to me. I proceeded to contact them and I was asked to return the item but I decided to cut my losses rather than going through the hassle. I then get another message asking if I still want to return using an alternative way and whether I can amend an amazon review I left. I proceeded to tell them that my opinion hasn't changed and therefore the review won't either and I will only amend if I get a refund. Now this is when I get an intimidating message accusing me of blackmail. I am surprised these clowns are allowed to sell on amazon.

Purchased a Panasonic Microwave Oven in black - on opening the packaging a big dent and scrape was on the side of the Microwave, which appears to have gone straight through the cardboard box - see photos. Rang the 'Superstore' but every option went through to an answer machine - would like them to send another and collect the one I have - time will tell - or it will go back and I'll buy another from Argos.Also no telephone number, or contact on the invoice at all - not overly impressed as yet.

Really good service, they go out of their way to answer all your questions and are happy to assist with any of the products. They delivered My Sony Bravia TV at the said time and even called me before they came to confirm the delivery time. I bought a fridge after that and would probably buy the more appliances from them. Their customer service is really exceptional and outstanding.

Ordered online and had issues with signing up (system error) which meant I didn?t receive my order confirmation. I then contacted customer service and they were so efficient in helping me. I received my item the next working day and I couldn?t be happier. A nice business who care about their customers above all, you don?t get much of that these days - I cannot recommend them enough! We came in to buy a high quality music system. There is a fantastic listening area where you can sit and experience the equipment. Adam was wonderful, explaining in detail how the system works, switching components on and off so that we could hear the difference and answering all of our (many) questions in detail. We went for a Sonos which plays music and acts as a cinema surrond sound. Thank you so much Adam, we have been smiling for days.

Just had a great experience with using the Smart home team (Paul and Nick). Arrived on time, with the correct equipment and kit and did exactly what was agreed. Paul went the extra mile to install all the apps required and explain fully how they worked. Furthermore he arranged for a locksmith and electrician to do associated but separate work. Great service.
