I recently purchased a Panasonic combination microwave from this Company via Amazon. My Wife and I are both 89 and 90, housebound and not very able. Purchased a Bosch microwave on their amazon store. As soon as it arrived I knew something was off, the packaging was ripped and taped back up and the microwave has definitely been used before.
