Staff are not friendly. Very rude really mean and giving dirty looks. I went in today and ask if they could check my bp and they said:"not today!" In a rude tone.Seriously what is the use of a pharmacy saying "blood pressure check is free "when they say otherwise when asked? Very disappointed ?

I have only had dealings over the phone trying to navigate prescriptions on behalf of a family member. The home delivery service isn't subsided by the NHS so I really appreciate the informative and professional manner of the lady who always answers the phone
