I was greeted by the lovely Kacy who is the Manager there..She and her team have made a lovely job of keeping the store clean and tidy with well stocked shelves. The staff particularly Kacy are so helpful and chatty. I love going in there for all my beauty essentials.”

“Just got back from the pharmacy, they were amazing at helping me. I'd ran out of my anti seizure medication without realising, due to royal mail not delivering my prescription despite ordering well over a week ago. I thought I still had another box, but realised late Sunday afternoon that I didn't, and was travelling abroad early the following morning! After trying tescos who were very unhelpful, I phoned asda and they were great! The gentleman there went out of his way to help me, even though it was last minute, not long before he was probably due to be going home. He was so friendly, and patient, and thanks to him I've got the medication I need! So I would definitely recommend these guys if you're having a crisis!”
“My biggest issue is they close for an hour over lunch everyday but it’s not published anywhere. They have a poster on the door but not even the Boots website confirms they close.They also rarely answer the phone. Otherwise when you go in they are always helpful and serve people as quickly as they can.”

The lovely lady in the money kiosk, I believe her name was Helen Taylor, was so kind and helpful. She went out of her way to help me and we managed to send him the money. “Thank you so much once again to this terrific pharmacy. I am my Mum's carer but do not live with her, she is 97 and still lives in her own home. She does not live in Northgate but yesterday Jades helped me and my Mum above and beyond as not only did they offer to help by delivering my Mum's medication to her free of charge, this was done within an hour of me talking to them as unfortunately I got a positive Covid test. Thank you again everyone at Jades. Mr Patel is obviously a very kind man who encourages his staff to be kind as well. So glad I have you as my local Chemist.”
