Not Again. I booked an appointment in the HH store for an OCT scan; when I turned up there, they said it couldn’t be done. The reason was they didn't know it for real. Sometimes the machine works, some times it does not.!!!So at least give us a ring/email so we don’t have to be off from work/paying the parking ticket…... read full comment

Great experience with this branch. I had a double appt for contact lens and eye test and Simon was brilliant. Very easy going, very funny (bonus) and very good at his job! The rest of the shop team were great and sorted new glasses and contacts with the minimum of fuss. a joy ;)
