“Lost a star due to fact that they are always soooooo busy; always a queue and the phone is never answered.That aside the staff are super lovely and they really do seem to do their best to assist. Like all places though some more than others!!!There seem to be new notices on the door / very visible stating that abuse etc towards staff will not be tolerated so it’s clear and very sad the staff get grief. Probably a reason not all are always smiley.Great to be able to park right outside just a shame some customers are thoughtless and take up valuable space.I recommend Nories.”

“Rob and team are always friendly, helpful, and gracious - even in the face of impatient and rude customers! They are under a lot of pressure and of course this reflects in queues and waiting times, which no-one can control. Feel sorry that they have to deal with abusive people banging on the doors and yelling at them”

“So impressed with the excellent service I received at the pharmacy this evening. After phoning around trying to find somewhere that had antibiotics in stock for my Daughter they couldn’t have been more helpful, said to go straight down & dispensed my daughter’s prescription within 5 minutes while I waited. A far cry from the usual ’come back in an hour’ procedure which has been my experience at all other pharmacies recently. Thank you both so much for your professionalism & help, it’s much appreciated.”

“I reckon most if not all of these one star reviews are made up!I've been using this small branch of Boots for about four years and never had a problem.There's free parking outside which saves the hassle of going into Horsham itself if all you want is medicine. The staff are knowledgeable and pleasant and I have never seen them shout at anyone.If anyone is obnoxious and rude, it's more than likely to be the pampered and up themselves middle class pensioners who live in this rather nice part of Horsham and are the shop's main customers!”
