Excellent customer service - responsive and helpful. Rower is very sturdy, easy to build and good to use. One screw hole was misaligned but JTX’s response was excellent, promptly providing spares.

Bought the club pro treadmill nearly 3 years ago. Rate it better than the Life Fitness treadmill we had previously! It started making a noise, so JTX sent an engineer out without hesitation.
