Bought the Sprint 9 pro early this year. The customer service at JTX fitness was amazing. Really helpful and pleasant to talk to on the phone. I also went to see the machines at the center (pro of a UK based company). Again the staff were amazing. At no point did I feel like they were up selling. If anything they were suggesting the 8 or even the 7 would be more than good enough for me.Prompt delivery INTO my house.The machine was easy to assemble with 2 people. Very heavy so do not attempt on your own.After a month of use the belt seemed to be migrating left slightly. The customer service team were once again amazing, explained how to adjust the belt but also sent a service man to do it for me and show me how to do it in the future. He was an independent gym machine service company and couldn't speak highly enough of JTX.Really recommend this company for gym equipment.

Great service in an odd environment. The showroom is just that, a row of equipment lined up for inspection, no frills.All questions answered and spin bike then bought on line.Delivery was speedy, and I very happy with the bike.All good.

Excellent customer service - responsive and helpful. Rower is very sturdy, easy to build and good to use. One screw hole was misaligned but JTX?s response was excellent, promptly providing spares.

Bought the club pro treadmill nearly 3 years ago. Rate it better than the Life Fitness treadmill we had previously! It started making a noise, so JTX sent an engineer out without hesitation. Turns out it was an easy fix for Paul at ?Gym Care? who JTX use. The customer service from this company & those under the umbrella are second to none! If you?re in two minds don?t hesitate, go for it. This review is completely unbiased & I?m typing it for no other reason than the fact I?m super happy with the product & service from this company & highly recommend!

I purchased a Strider X7 crosstrainer from JTX and found the assembly of it really straight forward and when using it I've found it to be far better than my previous reebok jet 100 crosstrainer which I had major nouse problems with amongst other issues.I only had one asmall issue with a nut that needed tightening on the LH crank wheel and after sending a video to customer service of the problem they gave me the solution within a couple of hours and is now working perfectly!!Never have I had such an excellent experience with a company's customer service and would highly recommend anyone who needs a fitness machine to buy it from JTX and they are good on price !Thanks again Jamie !Andy

Bike appears to be OK however question overall safety issues connected with the transit packaging where exposed shards in metal transit supports can cause deep cuts to your fingers on unpacking the bike content from the cardboard packaging. Beware, as there is no formal notification on the outside/inside of the packaging to make you aware of the jagged metal edges.

I bought the JTX Strider X7 direct as I saved £100 from the Amazon price.I have to say that assembling it will take two people it was relatively easy however the plastic covers are still in the cupboard as we cannot part them in fear of breaking them, the strider is good for a workout though the readout is somewhat incorrect as after 15 minutes it?s says I have completed 5Kms? which in real terms I believe should be maximum 2kms?. I am a 55 year old male trying to get and Lee fit, I know I?m not that fit for completing 5Kms. ? I thought when using it I was one of the lucky ones as there was no squeaking, how wrong was I? Yeah it?s squeaking ? so pump up the volume and go for it.Sort the squeaking out leaving the plastic covers off and we are go to go.Now since buying they have been reduced further from £499 to £425.

The cross-trainer is extremely poor quality. Some of the screw threads are not straight and two screws won't even go in. E.g. the bottle holder cannot be attached due to one of the screw threads. The resistance levels (1 to 16) make little difference. This is also a very difficult product to put together with bolts expected to be inserted from the bottom of the machine. This requires the extremely heavy base of the machine to be lifted up. It could have been designed far better for ease of build. My last cross trainer was far easier to put together / better quality compared to the JTX Strider-X7 and it cost less.

Had a small but somewhat tricky problem with some parts I'd broken on an older JTX treadmill (totally my fault). Alannah helped me out and we had everything sorted in record time. One of the most efficient and pleasant customer service experiences I've ever had. And the treadmill itself is a great piece of kit. Highly recommended. Thanks Alannah :)

My power cord for my JTX CYCLO-5: GYM EXERCISE BIKE got accidentally tangled in the pedals, the cable was stripped and stretched. JTX kindly posted me out a replacement within 24 hours no questions asked.Great service from a reliable and customer friendly company. ( I bought my bike from them as well a few years back, never had any issues with it, great piece of equipment for home fitness. )

I bought my spin bike last February, and fell in love pretty quickly! Unfortunately, the computer supplied stopped working and after a couple of battery changes, it gave up completely. I contacted customer services to see what advice they could give - and it is possibly the BEST customer service I have ever had! There was no quibble, no challenge - I was treated as a grown up, and respectfully engaged with. JTX offered me a replacement computer, to my absolute joy - I have been a bit lost without my stats to motivate and drive improvement. Unfortunately, the new computers were out of stock but Jake promised one as soon as possible. I emailed a couple of times, as I'm impatient and worried they might have forgotten me (!) But they were as always engaging and professional - and good to their word. I got my new computer today, by courier, and I couldn't be happier. Thanks JTX, and everyone in customer services who had a part to play. 5 stars, without doubt. Sam Q

Very happy with the product, one hole didn't line up correctly when putting the rowing machine together but was able to sort it. Excellent customer support from JTX, quick to reply and very gracious of them to refund me the difference when the rower I bought went on sale just shortly after I purchased it at full price. Cant recommend highly enough, from original purchase to routine maintenance the customer service has been first class from JTX fitness. Any query raised has been dealt with in a professional and courteous manner and very very quick to respond to any query. Not many companies in this industry take customer service as seriously as JTX which was actually the main reason i originally purchased seeing such positive reviews and can now confirm having received excellent service, really big thank you to the team, Alannah, Jamie and Jake, very much appreciated.
