The staff are always friendly and always tell you immediately if they need to substitute stuff :) compared to other shops I've shopped at they never do this and they have misleading advertisement. The lady on the phone explained they had a new staff member and she made a mistake while packing my order, she then kindly brought me the missing items in her own car which is absolutely above and beyond my expectations.
