Absolutely appalling service. My dad who us 83 has been trying to get an appt for 4 days. He managed to get down today, only to be turned away and told ge needed to queue at 8am tomorrow. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Appalling treatment Thornton

“We’re sorry all our lines are busy right now, please try again later”…what I heard calling 50+ times in a row from 8.00am on the dot! Disgusting service. Why is there not a phone que system then instead of just ending the call on patients?!

I now have three apps on my phone - NHS, Airmid, and Patches - and can't book an appointment on any of them...
