“Went into dewsbury shop 1 st July to sell s20 phone was quoted 125 pound but he needed to check phone so I left and went back to be told they could not buy it he had taken the back off and it is glued on with no clips like old phones and said I had taken it off but it was him that took back off not me so I now have a phone I can not sell”
“Had a new battery fitted this morning at 8.30 at the Dewsbury branch. My appointment was for 9 am but both staff I met immediately got on with replacing the battery. The young man who actually fitted the battery was excellent. Professional, pleasant and informative. I have no hesitation in recomending this store . I was driving away all done by just after 9 am.
