Good location, nice clean hotelCar park very small so we couldn't use the hotel car park , there is a car park very close but charges £30 for 24 hours!Rooms very warmGood breakfast

Beautiful hotel, I'm always very pleased to stay in such a reputable establishment.Unfortunately on my 2 recent 2 night stay the heating was not working in the room. A helpful lady at the front desk kindly offered to change my room but the same issue occurred and I was given a heater.Another slight issue with no QR code... read full comment

I have to admit, I've not stayed in a Novatel for more than 20 years... back then it wasn't a nice experience.NOW however, it's completely different. Beats my usual 'bath night' hotels hands down. Well appointed, spacious, wonderful bed, spotless bathroom and nothing too much trouble.
