“We had a fantastic stay at Oulton Hall. The service as exceptional from the waiter serving us afternoon tea (which was delicious!) to the staff in the health club and restaurant. No request was too big and we felt exceptionally well looked after.The rooms were comfortable and stylish and the steak in the restaurant was one of the best cooked steaks I’ve had in some time! “We use this hotel regularly when visiting family. Always a pleasure to stay there. The staff are friendly and always helpful. The rooms are being refurbished, so some are newer looking than others, but all are clean, have everything you need + great wifi. We love the buffet breakfast, the restaurant has a good selection of dishes, including desserts + on Sundays they offer a carvery. I would definitely recommend a stay here & we will be using the hotel again.”

“A 50th anniversary reunion of university pals and their partners, eight. Everyone was happy with their rooms, breakfasts and the busy bar which was used early evening and later for a night cap. The staff were helpful, polite and industrious. We enjoyed it.”

“This is the best possible location for a hotel! It's so close to Trinity mall and the enormous City Centre. I loved our room with two beds, it was just right for our little family. We stayed here for a week in July 2023. The breakfast buffet was delightful, and my favorite person was the lady that had the East End accent. Absolute dolls. This hotel has excellent air conditioning, which is important for a big, sweaty American like me. The gym had a peloton bike and plenty of water for our flask refills.”

“The staff were all very friendly and helpful, particularly Liz and Jordan who went out of their way to be settle me in and help. The bed was comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast consisted of a lot of choice and had alternative milk for me as have a dairy allergy.”

“Loved my week at this premier Inn in Leeds. I needed to stay here for work purposes and it was really nice. The only issue I had was it was too warm at night and the air con wouldn't stay on and would automatically turn off. I ended up having the window open all night instead.”

“Me and my partner stayed here for a couple of nights and it was a nice hotel. Everything was clean and tidy and it's a really good location, not too far a walk for city center.At some point our hotel key did not work so we went to reception and the woman working there fixed it quickly and easily so great customer service.And check out was easy too as they have a slot at reception for you to just drop you key off.I would stay here again :)”

“Check-in was easy to do, with staff around for help if needed. All the staff I encountered were friendly and greeted you politely. The room was clean. The breakfast was good, and the lass that was working the breakfast shift was very efficient and friendly. She was working the shift alone but handled the work well, . It is a small breakfast area so would definitely recommend making sure you book in your breakfast. I would stay again”

“The room was really nice for being a budget place. The people working there where helpful and kind. The location is perfect for me. It’s in the center yet not in the busy part of the center. 4 minuter walk to the bus station which is ideal I think. Close to the Leeds Dock with nice cafés and relaxed atmospheres. The room was small but worked perfectly. I really liked the way it looked and was planned with the shower separate from the toilet.”

“From start to finish my stay at the Hilton in Leeds has been perfect in every way. The room is modern, spacious and with everything I needed from soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower to a smart tv. Checking in was a breeze thanks to Hamid (more about Hamid later) who welcomed me very warmly and made me feel like nothing I could ask for would be too much trouble. He expertly talked me through where I needed to go to eat, sleep and relax. He then took the time to introduce me to the Hilton Honours app and explain the benefits. Mealtimes were absolutely spot on. Breakfast is a self serve buffet, I won't waste time listing all the food and beverages on offer, suffice to say, whatever you want, they have it. Evening meals were cooked to perfection, I recommend the lemon and herb chicken, succulent, tasty and well presented. The front of house staff are exceedingly helpful and pleasant. They will bend over backwards to make your dining experience as pleasurable as possible. Housekeeping are diligent and not at all intrusive, I was out most of each day so didn't get chance to thank them in person but upon my return the room was always spotlessly clean and fresh with bottles of water, tea and coffee etc replenished. I would especially like to mention again Hamid on reception, who gets my nomination for an award in the "Going the extra mile" category. Being absolutely useless with technology myself, I sought his assistance with the Honours App. Having got to my room I'd practically forgotten everything he'd advised me to do and when I made a complete hash of installing it on my device, I returned to reception. With an astonishing amount of patience Hamid took charge of my slow and antiquated phone, downloaded the app, registered it for me, signed me in, attached an electronic key and then gave me a detailed step by step guide on how to use it. I don't know what the Hilton pay Hamid but for outstanding customer service he deserves a huge pay rise. I'd also like to mention Kiera in the dining room who is so delightfully cheerful and attentive I felt like staying and having 2nd meal just to be served by her again.”
