Been to pick up a click and collect today. It was more like click and wait and wait and still waiting. I had to go and ask another member of staff if there was an issue . I was in a queue waiting of 8 people, some of them had been waiting 10 minutes already.Not a good example of click and collect.

Went into home furnishings today looking for pencil pleat curtains. Could only find eyelet ones ! But hey !!! the beautiful assistant ( unfortunately didn't catch her name ) was extremely helpful and got me sorted. Getting them madewill be ready tomorrow . I can't thank her enough
