    Increasingly disappointed with the practise. Doctors are dismissive and reception staff are rude. They cut you off and leaving feeling like you’ve wasted everyone time.     My son got seen by a pharmacist in July and was told he will be referred to ENT.Called the Practice mid-august and they informed that the referral has been sent and I should wait.Called the Practice end of August to confirm that referral has indeed been sent and to pick the letter from them. Medichem is a separate business on the ground floor of our shared building: sorry, practice staff cannot give directions or respond to queries about vaccine appointments. There is no parking on site for covid vaccine customers.
