Been an on going battle since the 10th October, £480 was paid by a standing order to an estate agents I haven't used since 2019.staight away I called the bank and they exampled they would send a refund request to the estate agents and they just need to accept it and the money would be put back in but could take 20 working days. I stressed to them I was left with £5 and I relayed on this money I have 2 kids one that's disabled in a special school in the next town. And they said it could be in sooner. My family's had to lend me money take me in there cars for school runs cause I couldn't even afford petrol. I called today if theres been any update from the estate agents and they tell me won't be any change until 20 working days with no reason why takes so long. I really am struggling at the moment I have bills due out and no-one is listening to me

Very grimy, unresponsive cash machines. The bank should be ashamed. They keep closing branches yet have almost unusable cash machines

The manager of this branch served me today and she was really lovely. Listened to everything I had to say and was helpful and supportive, I left feeling very pleased with the service I had received and a lot more at ease than when I came in. Thank you! ?

Staff very friendly but with only two staff on there was about a 20min wait; and that with only four people in front of me.Took ID in to open an ISA and, after all that wait, had to repeat as they appear never to have submitted it. Meant I lost my year's allowance because of this! Warrington branch had to do it for me two weeks later.

I have had the missfortune to visit this branch twice in the last 7 days. The first visit I waited in the queue whilst the two cashiers were busy, one with a customer doing a transaction, the other was dealing with a woman that would not shut up explaining the way she had been treated and closing her account. On this issue get the customer in a room stop waisting everyone in the queues time.Again today one cashier dealing with a customer who was having issues with a card at the ATM, the other dealt with a customer and then left the people in the queue waiting whilst she did whatever. Two cashiers in this branch. Get yourselves organised, no wonder you're losing customers.For those of us who work banking hours and get half hour lunch and have to eat as well as visit your branch get a move on.Covid is no excuse for shoddy customer service ?

Absolutely useless bank with long annoying waits via telephone. You can't get help from them anywhere & there are no longer any nearby banks. So frustrating. I think I'll take my mortgage, credit card & wage elsewhere

My husband and I have two accounts at the branch and will be moving them to a different bank. We had a terrible encounter with an adviser called Sharon today; she was rude, aggressive and totally unhelpful. I am not prepared to be abused for the privilege of having a comfortable sum of money in this bank.

Lost trust in this branch Wrote a chq. for a very large amount .They never CHECKED WITH ME to qualify this "we dont " they said ..Well Yorkshire Bank always did ,so how large an amount does it need to be before they do think to check up by just a phone call . NO appology either.
