“Helping hands were recommended when my in laws suffered some ill health. We put a number of things in place but the helping hands carer is the only person they have really been happy to have help from. Whenever we have contact with the office the staff are helpful too, and recently the carer went above and beyond - she genuinely seems to care beyond the limits of her role.”
