Went in at half 4 to collect a parcel, both positions closed with no signage to say what time it closed. Tried to speak to the lady behind the glass to ask and she said I could see that the position was closed and that she was busy. Exceptionally rude and condescending. After going to the post office the day before yesterday, two days on the trot I was served by a woman called Karen,of all names to be called this fitted her 100%, as she lived up to her name,a stereotype Karen, I found her extremely rude and impatient on both occasions.
