Went in at half 4 to collect a parcel, both positions closed with no signage to say what time it closed. Tried to speak to the lady behind the glass to ask and she said I could see that the position was closed and that she was busy. Exceptionally rude and condescending. Once I've collected my parcel, I won't be using them ever again. Just unnecessary.

After going to the post office the day before yesterday, two days on the trot I was served by a woman called Karen,of all names to be called this fitted her 100%, as she lived up to her name,a stereotype Karen, I found her extremely rude and impatient on both occasions. When she served me and even had the audacity to shout at me, and told a bear face lie to me when I politely asked her a question, she could see I was feeling uncomfortable and she pressured me even more to find the relevant barcode I needed for picking a parcel that I was picking up, I think she is very rude indeed and extremely unprofessional, she should look for another job as she is in the wrong profession for dealing with customers. I felt she brought her home life into work and took it out on a member of public. Very sad.

Only one person serving during peak times so the queue is always horrendous. Avoid if you can

Visiting Bewdley for the first time, I entered the Post Office at 0900hrs. on Saturday. and was finally served at 0925hrs. The staff member was doing a first class job, but was overwhelmed; a public holiday the previous day, and on Monday, meant it was busy. But there were three cashier positions in the office, so why were more staff not arranged to cope with the demand, which must have been foreseen? A small post office counter in the centre of the shop was unused, staff nearby were available, but did not respond to the ever growing queue. McColl newsagents and the Post Office need to review staffing at this office.
