He was truly professional , empathising with me , getting other departments in nationwide ( that were lacking ) involved, and finally getting the problem resolved . Nick kept me updated regularly. When I approached him to enquire about my blocked access to my digital banking account/mobile banking app, he was very helpful and patient to listen to my issue.
