“Fantastic helpful staff but the company takes 3 days to get back to you. We needed to phone to loo for lost property . trying to get past their system to just speak to someone was impossible and too 3 days.”

“I stayed at premier inn Peterbough north on September 13th 2023 and had a very pleasant experience. Rooms were nice, clean and well stocked. Great shower.had a great sleep while working away. Good parking. But a special mention to the lady on reception (think she said her name was Tina). Very polite, pleasant and couldn’t be more helpful. She also gave great advice on different places to eat. Whatever you paying her. Double it. Can’t wait to stay again just on the back how kind and helpful she was, 5 stars.”

“Lovely Hotel outside the City Centre. Friendly and helpful staff. Right next to a golf course. Nice and peaceful. Also have a nice Beefeater next door. Plus a nice Garden Centre on the other side. There is also a nice Park down the road.”

“Popped in, hoping to get a drink and warm up after a walk from Wansford. We were early, but they were more than happy to make us coffee and hot chocolates. Friendly staff and pup was happy ”

“Great for overnight stay for a friends wedding celebration. Very close to town centre. No on-site parking but plenty of parking options nearby. Rooms clean and tidy. Caroline was very friendly and helpful with information to make our stay enjoyable. Many thanks.”

“The positives... I liked the 1930s wood panelling and art deco door frames. I loved the little cubby holes for the kettle and cups and the ironing board. Bed was comfy. I didn't use the TV (so can't comment). There was also a hairdryer and a small safe box. The staff were lovely. Whatever the stresses of their day, whenever I asked a question or needed help, they smiled at me and helped. Very clean. The breakfast was great. I didn't have dinner there, so can't comment. There was a fan in the room. It was perfectly located for the railway station; the bus station and queensgate shopping centre. Most places were within a 15 minute walk...eg the River Bank, the Cathedral. It was very good value for money. I'd stay there again. The negatives... WiFi signal in my room wasn't great (weak signal); I can sleep through a hurricane, but if you can't it's not a quiet location...trains, and road noise. The views are car park, shopping centre, waitrose. Even so, I really enjoyed staying there.”
