Having stayed at a premier Inn in Torquay, I was slightly disappointed, the durham Premier Inn ditusted in the district if Pity me was looking a bit tired in terms of decor, the carpets were slightly shabby and the cooked breakfast was dried out. Stayed Friday 6th til Monday 9th October visiting family, staff at the hotel were lovely especially Ulia she was very helpful a bit of a mix up with rooms that were booked, rooms were a bit dated but clean we had the full breakfast very nice the meals were priced reasonable, would stay again but would require a mobility... read full comment

I stay here regularly when visiting my son. The staff are really friendly & helpful, the room has always been clean & the food good at a decent price, again the staff are kind & helpful, as a woman traveling on her own I always feel safe.
