Went for an evening conference. Large conference room, nothing special and seats typical cheap wedding ones IE not comfortable for 2+ hours. Car parking just enough. Free coffee typical Nescafé from an urn. Well sited for road access off A12, but several miles from any railway station.

First time staying here. Was attending a charity gala night. Staff are all helpful and polite.
