If you buy something in this store and you don't want it, make sure you take it back "on time" (according to the woman manager). My partner tried to swap some trousers he had bought and were not the right size and the woman said she couldn't give a refund because "it was one day out of the refund period" (?). Lady with the American accent is not kind to a disabled customer who was in the store while I was shopping as well.Other comments seem to reflect this issue - perhaps time for a management training ?
