I contacted them over the phone and Meeta handled everything so well! Meeta was incredibly polite, communicated and reassured me throughout the whole process and was faster than expected. Took a day to resolve. Great service once again!”

“Banked with nationwide since 1993. Never left them due to great customer service, staff helpfulness and never had any issues with the building society in general. The staff at this branch echo what this building society is all about, its customers. They could do with actively moving the homeless away at opening times a bit more as a person who struggles greatly with anxiety issues makes it sometimes difficult to positively use the machines outside, and also when walking into the branch, but can also know that it is also not their job to move them on, it's the failure of enforcement officers that lack in these areas. All in all though, this branch is great and have no real problems with it.”
