Bank branch becoming rare to have the full range of services at a physical branch. That makes this useful. Unfortunately it is very busy at lunchtimes.

Not exactly a quick service here. Currently 7 people ahead of me in the queue and not all the desks are open. Would mind if there were not other staff sitting around not serving anyone.

After 2-3 months of waiting and getting my bank card re-ordered three times, I finally got access to my bank account... but they spelled my name wrong on the card! People in the branch are nice, but the bank itself needs to improve its internal processes!

Definitely not opening a bank account with them. I was supposed to have an appointment with William Deval. After two weeks waiting for it and a text message reminding me the appointment I get there and they tell me that “unfortunately William Deval is not here today so you won’t be able to open a bank account, if you want one we will have to rebook an appointment”. They didn’t call or message me to let me know that this person was not going to be there. Instead of giving me a solution in place, they just told me the only thing they could do was rebooking an appointment, after two weeks waiting for one.

Absolutely RUBBISH every time you have to wait at last 30 min regardlessits morning afternon does not make a difference whatsoever obvs its not the staff fault but GOOD MORNING MANAGMENT TEAM its ridiculous especially since they shout done the other branch near by that was cleaver
